The Good Life

It is so good to be back to the "Good Life". I have been out of town so much lately, and it can get very lonely. This was my week to be with my kids and I had to be out of town Monday and Tuesday, and I could feel the pieces missing from my life. Last night I picked the kids up from school and daycare and those pieces where clicking back into place. I call this the "Good Life". It is a very different picture than the world paints now a days. Within two hours of picking them up I had spent over $100 and only $4.oo was for me, awh yes the "Good Life". Kids can be so expensive but so worth it. When I don't have my kids I am so lonely and my time is filled with reading books, watching TV, and internet. Freedom don't you think, being able to be alone and do what you want. I don't think that at all. That freedom is often spoke of the "Good Life" being able to live for YOU. Being able to provide for my children, be in their presence, and to recieve their love is the "Good Life". I thank God everyday for the life he gave me, the situations I get to live through, and the "Good Life".
